My name is Warren Uhrich, and I am a:
I am passionate about programming and teaching web site development.
I designed the original University of Alberta's Full-Stack Web Developer diploma & certificate programs.
I have been developing world wide web sites professionally for over a decade.
I am a graduate of NAIT's DMIT program.
While working with SOS Media Corp a number of our clients—including Mitey Titan Industries Inc.—required pages capable of displaying products and allowing customers to either request a quote or make a purchase. We worked with a variety of different payment gateways over the years, including (but not limited to) PayPal, Stripe, Square, and Chase.
With Mitey Titan, however, I set-up the web site to use Moneris. Within the WordPress environment, a custom theme and plugin allowed for the client to choose which products should be "request a quote"-only, or "purchase"-only. The templates were fully customized to match the company's branding and SOS Media Corps' designers' client-approved design files. You can see a sample of one of the product pages here:
While working with SOS Media Corp one of our clients, Strathcona Orthodontics, wanted a web site. SOS' fantastic team of designers was able to whip them up something they loved, and the web team got to work.
In-person, patient in-take was a breeze! They had a PDF document that would present their new patients with every field necessary for their practice. On-line, however, a generic web form didn't quite fit the bill.
I developed a PHP program that was able to read through a Contact Form 7 form submission, pull out any relevant data, and populate their existing PDF form with the necessary details. Working closely with their IT team, I was also able to securely automate an appropriate on-site e-mail delivery with an XML back-up of any necessary data for their records.
I'm not able to share the code provided to the client, but please find below the front-end form, displayed to the user on their web site:
Thus far I have instructed professionally at the following three institutions:

Taught and designed the 2019-2020 offering of the "TECHCareers Edmonton" program by Manpower. I led a talented team of education professionals and web developers.
Designed the original curriculum launched in 2021 for the Full-Stack Web Development diploma and certificate programs:
Created lecture and breakout resources, especially resources that assist quick onboarding of contracted instructors.
